The famous Wilhelmstraße and the south beach are only about 500 meters away. In the cottage there are three apartments with sufficient parking in front of the property and at the house. Internet/WiFi is at your disposal for free. The living and cooking area contains a very well equipped kitchen with fridge incl. Freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and an espresso machine (Nescafe Dolce Gusto). The dining table can accommodate up to 4 people. In the living area there is a cozy couch with two armchairs, a flat screen TV and a stereo (with Bluetooth connection for smartphones). Bedroom is equipped with double bed (1.80 x 2m, mattresses hardness 2 and 3), a dresser and another flat screen TV. Apartment Spazz Nr. 1 can accommodate 2 people. In the living room there is a sofa bed (1.40 x 2m), so an overnight stay is also available for max. 3 people is possible. The spacious hallway contains a big closet as well as a cloakroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin with base cabinet, towel heater and hair dryer. Pets are not allowed. It's a non-smoking apartment. Laundry packages can be booked for 25.00/person!
