Second bedroom has queen-over-queen bunk bed, TV, extra seating, small desk and bathroom with tub. Living room has a full size pull-out sofa bed. Shared building laundry room (paid). Guest ski lockers and garage bike storage. Building hot tub, sauna and fitness room. Capacities may be limited. Room for two cars to park - one inside garage and one outside. Guest access Condo has access to two parking passes - one inside garage and one outside. Walk to ski chair lifts, mountain activities, restaurants, shops, liquor store, grocery market, etc. Copper Rec Center, Woodward Copper, Golf, Tubing Hill, West Village and East Village are all just a short bus ride away (or slightly longer 0.5-1.5 mile walk). Free Summit Stage Bus provides quick/easy access to Frisco Main Street. Other things to note Building name is West Lake Lodge. Parking at building for only two cars. Additional cars can park near Cooper entrance in free Alpine Lot. Special overnight parking pass required - please ask and I can provide instructions. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the condo. There is a small patio off one of the bedrooms that can be used to smoke outdoors. Please ensure door is closed and smoke does not come inside the condo.
