Our stone house is a sustainable family project with official organic certification, born out of respect for tradition and the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park. A peaceful retreat just 1 hour from Madrid and 10 minutes from Segovia. Space and comfort (4 stars) The house is designed for groups and families to relax: 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (maximum comfort). Thermal comfort: heating with independent thermostats on each floor, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. Cozy living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi and TV. An outdoor space to enjoy We have a porch with a garden and a shed with a barbecue, our guests’ favorite spot. In addition, just two minutes from the house, we have a 4,000-m² plot where we grow our own organic produce and keep our chickens. Unique agritourism experiences You don't just stay here—you experience the countryside! You can do activities directly with us: Visit our cattle and chicken farm. Donkey rides and interpretive hiking trails. Visit to the Ecomuseo del Pastor del Agua and environmental workshops. Premium location We are located in Cabanillas del Monte, a village of absolute peace (only 50 inhabitants) just a short distance from Segovia (AVE) and La Granja. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the house and its outdoor facilities. We want you to feel at home in your own country retreat. Exclusive outdoor areas: Porch and garden: a private space ideal for outdoor breakfast or relaxing. The gazebo: our star feature. A covered area with two large tables and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying barbecues regardless of the weather. It also has a play area to keep the kids entertained. 4,000-m² plot: a large natural area 2 minutes from the house, where our organic vegetable garden and the chicken coop are located. It's a safe and quiet place to stay. Interior of the house: Access to both floors of the house (please note that the ground floor is accessible). Full kitchen with all large and small appliances and complete kitchenware. Dining room with a fireplace (we will leave you a load of firewood ready for your stay) Parking There is convenient parking for several vehicles right at the door of the house, in a very safe and quiet area. El Pastor del Agua: Our private Ecomuseum is a space dedicated to sharing traditional culture and water management in rural areas. It's an educational and inspiring visit. The house is delivered following a meticulous cleaning protocol, with special attention given to common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.
