Top restaurants and bars are also near (POBLACION AREA). There's 7-11 convenience store on the ground floor of the building. Guests will surely have a great time in this posh building with its amenities. The space The unit comes with everything you need in a home. All the stuff inside the unit are of top quality. Linens, complete basic cooking utensils, smart TV and internet. The space can comfortably accommodate 2 guests that comes with double size bed. Our goal is to give our guests the best experience during their stay. Our space is professionally managed with cleaning services from outside agency. Guest access Guest can use all the amenities in the building. Pool, Gym, Business Center, Library, shower rooms, etc. (building management may change policies regarding the use of amenities depending on the situation of the pandemic). Some amenities may need prior reservation before usage. All amenities are closed on Mondays for general cleaning and maintenance. Massage services can also be requested in the unit or at the SPA on the amenity level. (Availability upon safety protocol) All amenities are closed for maintenance every Monday. Building management requires KEYCARDS (with Picture) to access the unit's floor (53rd) and the amenities floor (3rd & 4th). We'll be requesting this keycard from the management and security office upon your booking for the guest(s). We'll be requiring you a clear copy of your ID with picture to endorse to building management. This Keycard is NON TRANSFERABLE and should be returned to us upon check out. Other things to note 1. Upon booking, all guests should submit their IDs so we can properly endorse you with the building management. Additional requirement/s for foreigners is entry stamp or visa. 2. We will provide bath towels, shampoo, soap, bottled waters, one tissue roll for all guests with their initial needs for the unit when they check in. Extra supplies and unit cleaning maybe arranged for additional cost. Some supplies are also readily available in the convenience stores located within the property. 3. Early Check in and Late Check out could be requested for a minimal fee but it depends on unit’s availability. 4. The building management may change policies with short term leasing and use of amenities depending on current situation of the pandemic. 5. Please read and follow our house rules listed here in Airbnb. There are penalties implemented by building management for violations of their policies.
