You’ll be just 200m from the famous cliff path, with a beautiful stretch leading 3km to Grotto Beach in one direction and into town in the other. Located in quiet, upmarket Kwaaiwater, the area is safe, peaceful and one of the best land-based whale-watching spots in Hermanus during whale season. The Hermanus Golf Course and Fernkloof Nature Reserve are both within walking distance, offering incredible scenery, hiking trails and plenty of outdoor adventure. The house itself is spacious and inviting, with three bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area downstairs. Upstairs, where the main bedroom and kids’ room are located, you’ll find a generous living area with a fireplace and a projector screen for enjoying movies on the big screen. Outside, there is also a separate one-bedroom flat with its own kitchen and living area — ideal for added privacy or extra guests.
