Sandpiper is close to beautiful Sandbanks Provincial Park, SANDPIPER is a bright, open-concept, family-friendly rental with all the modern conveniences. *NOTE We require 7 night stay July 1st - Sept 2nd Saturday to Saturday 2024. #ST 2021 570 The space A renovated space that is adjoining Sandbanker. Both Sandbanker and Sandpiper are completely self-contained, each with its own amenities, patio, parking and entrance. If you require more room for family/friends to stay, the adjoining unit to Sandpiper “Sandbanker” could be booked on Airbnb to accommodate a larger group. The main floor of Sandpiper features a cozy living room with exposed beam ceiling and an electric fireplace for a cozy ambiance. Off the living room you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with built-in breakfast bar. Directly off the kitchen is a large stamped concrete patio with shade sail. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with a queen bed and an A-frame bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for kids! There is a 3-piece modern bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and rain shower head. Sandpiper is close to everything you want to explore in the County Located next to Dune Hopper brewing co ~ 5 minutes to Sandbanks Park ~ 3 minutes to Dunes Beach ~ 3 minutes to the nearest swimming area ~ 3 minutes to West Lake Willy's Water Park ~ 2 minute walk to Sand and Pearl seafood restaurant and Isaiah Tubbs Restaurant on the Knoll overlooking the world famous West Lake sand dunes ~ 10 minute drive to grocery store ~ Located on the Taste Trail & Arts Trail One (1) park pass is provided Guest access Our County property consists of two adjoining, self-contained rentals, Sandbanker and Sandpiper. Each have their own private entrance, patio/deck, backyard, fire pit and parking area. This property can be booked together for large gatherings/celebrations or separately. Other things to note SPECIAL NOTES ~We require a minimum of 3 night stay for long weekends Summer 2023 is Available July 1st - September 2nd on a 7 night stay only from Saturday to Saturday.
