Description
Cape Trib Farm boasts an idyllic location at Cape Tribulation, wedged between two World Heritage listed sites – the Daintree Rainforest on one side and the palm-fringed tropical beaches of the Great Barrier Reef on the other. Cape Trib Farm has five cottages available. Each cottage is tucked away in the orchard with views to Mount Sorrow and the rainforest covered mountains. All cottages have en-suite bathrooms and kitchenette, and are available as a King bed or Queen plus single set-up. The space Cape Trib Farm is a private orchard in the heart of the Daintree National Park, bursting with over 80 rare and exotic fruit varieties. Celebrated for its iconic farmgate tasting experiences, sought-after tropical fruits and five exclusive orchard cottages, it boasts an idyllic location beside the pristine beaches of Cape Tribulation. Guest access Guests can access all 88 acres of Cape Trib Farm including our seasonal creek and private swimming hole. It truly offers an escape to another world – a chance to connect with nature and reconnect with friends; off-the-grid with comfort; a warm welcome but miles of privacy; activities from adventurous to deliciously decadent. All set in a spectacular landscape of ancient rainforest, pristine beaches, and tropical orchards. During your stay The farm has been proudly owned and operated by three generations of the same family for over 45 years and there is always someone around to assist you with queries. Other things to note Built on the principles of regenerative farming and sustainable living in harmony with World Heritage values, Cape Trib Farm offers unique accommodation in five orchard cottages, which can be booked individually or as an exclusive whole farm booking with private activities. Please note: We are off-grid (ie run on solar/battery/generator) and offer aircon during the summer months from 1 November to 30 April. During the rest of the year temperatures are cooler and less humid and generally ceiling fans are more than adequate to keep cool. Please contact us if you wish to find out more about living off-grid conditions.
