Kitchen & dining room area is free to use and a living space with Large TV with Apple TV with Stan and Prime TV. A sunny north-facing deck and garden. The Rye back-beach location puts local shops, surf beaches, National Park trails, Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses and wineries within easy reach. Private offroad parking and private access via Dundas street. The space Sunny North Facing Deck - living areas, open plan kitchen/dining - Gas cooktop, Gas ducted heating, gas hot water - Private grassy backyard with veggie patch, fruit trees and chicken shed - Timber floors - 250m walk to Back Beach shops Guest access Bedrooms are private and located along one end of the house with their own bathroom to use. This is sometimes shared. The kitchen and living area is a shared space, but its quite a large area. We also have a separate living area, if you prefer privacy. During your stay There will be someone around to help with queries things to do, recommendations etc. Happy to help Other things to note There is room for three, or four cars at a squeeze. 3 is best as then we can all get out at any time. I have a car - but working most of the time. sometimes we have two cars here, as my brother sometimes stays here - at the far end of the house.
