Our basement apartment is brightly decorated and has its own entrance. We have a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and mini-oven to make quick meals. We have a queen size bed, a sofa sleeper, big screen TV and a full bathroom. The space Our space is perfect for people who want to explore downtown yet get a feel for a true Chicago neighborhood. It feels more like your own apartment than a hotel room. There is no need for a car as we are close to the CTA Brown Line stop. Our rental space has its own entrance and is separate from the rest of our house so you can have as much privacy as you want. The rooms are located in our fully finished basement, they are heated and cooled but we have extra blankets in the closet and a fan if needed. We have a sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress if you want to share the space with friends or family. The main room where bed, TV and bookcases are is carpeted. There is a DVD player and XBOX. You will be given your own log-in and password for internet access. The sofa sleeper besides the eat-in area has a new queen memory foam mattress. The bathroom has a double sink and shower, we provide towels as well as a hairdryer. We also have soap, lotion, shaving needs in the vanity under the sink. The eat-in area has a table and chairs, microwave, coffee maker, mini-oven, fridge, Brita filter and basic dishes. We will provide coffee, cream, sugar and tea. Guest access You will be able to sit and relax in our backyard as we have chairs available. You will also have access to our laundry room that is located in our basement near your eat-in area. We also have 2 bikes with a lock if you wish to use them. Other things to note We have a couple of Yellow Labradors named Sammy and Charlie who you might meet. They are extremely friendly and loves to meet new friends. Our neighbors have a chicken coop (no rooster). Registration Details R25000130078
