Intended as a holiday resort for company employees, at the time it was configured as a precursor project of environmental sensitivity and expression of an innovative architectural concept capable of canceling "any link between aesthetics and social distinction". Designed by the Istrian architect Edoardo Gellner in collaboration with Carlo Scarpa, it suffered a strong decline after Mattei's death. It was therefore relaunched and redeveloped a few years ago by an Italian group, with the precise desire to maintain and safeguard the original project. Registration Details IT025007C22HBLAXEF
