PARAMONA - Pretty house with amazing sea view

If you are looking for a "get-away-from-it-all" break in a very pretty house with a fabulous view of the sea then this is the perfect place for you! Ideal as a pleasant base for some lovely walks in the area. Not suitable for young children. The space It's a four bedroom house (100sqm), set in a pleasant garden with several citrus and olive trees. Upstairs there are three spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. Each bedroom has its own balcony. The ground floor has an open-plan lounge and kitchen area and also a W.C. Guest access I rent out only one of these bedrooms at present, and I occupy a room on the ground floor. The second of the three bedrooms (on the upper floor) is also available if you wish to come with friends. The rate for the second room would be slightly lower. You'll have access to the lounge, veranda and garden. There is a second fridge which is mostly for guests use. During your stay I'm happy to be as helpful as I can, without interfering with your relaxation and your stay at my house. I have a room downstairs but I would use the shower on your floor. I don't let out the room for less than 3 days. SINGLE GUESTS HAVE A CHEAPER RATE. Other things to note The village of St. Matthew (pop. approx. 1000) has 2 supermarkets, tavernas and cafes. Hopefully you won't need a chemist or doctor but the village has both. I WOULD LIKE YOU TO NOTE THAT THERE IS NO WiFi CONNECTION AT THE HOUSE AND ALSO THE MOBILE PHONE SIGNAL IS NOT RELIABLE However, just a short walk to the beach and you will get free WiFi at the tavernas and usually a good mobile phone signal.
