Sunny place in the modern area close to the beach

I am inviting you to stay in my spacious, quiet and sunny apartment in a contemporary green neighborhood of Copenhagen close to the beach and city center. The space Apartment is located in the heart of the modern neighbourhood just 5 minutes walking from metro station. Only 20-25 min from the airport to get to the place, 10 min to the center of Copenhagen with metro. To the beach it’s 5-7 minutes walking distance. You will have access to 3 bedrooms, living space with a spacious kitchen, bathroom with shower and lovely balcony with a bbq. Place is perfect for a couple or a family with kids. The apartment is sunny, with panoramic windows, so you will never feel the lack of light. Master bedroom has a double bed, one kid’s room has a single bed and the other kid’s room has a single bed with additional roll-out bed. The table in the first kids room or in the master bedroom can be used as a remote workstation. Living space has a 2 ½ sofa with a puff. Kitchen has everything you might need for cooking. On the balcony you will find an infrared bbq that is perfect to prepare lunch/dinner. Apartment is on the 2nd floor, there is elevator and the building has step free entrance. Guest access You will have an access to entire apartment. It’s the place where we live, so some personal belongings at the apartment will be present. There is common pram parking on the ground floor. Other things to note The Apartament is rented to families with/without kids up to 2 adults and 1-3 children (Max 5 guests)
