IDEAL FOR A GUEST WHO IS WORKING OR STUDYING FULL TIME AND IS LOOKING FOR A QUIET ROOM IN A COMFORTABLE HOUSE. 🚭 NO SMOKING .NO VAPING 🚭 As explained above this is a HOUSE SHARE , hence the low cost, and the room is shared with another long term lodger and a live in landlord, and as there are only three of us here , we have a rota when to cook in the kitchen , and a cleaning rota, more details will be provided on check in We three will share the common spaces (the landlord , a long term Airbnb guest and yourself) As the landlord is working at home remotely, the house should always be quiet during the daytime, and we should all be considerate of the others at all times The cleanliness and tidiness standards are kept to high levels so we all share the cleaning of common household parts ; this keeps the guest experience at the highest level and the renting costs to a minimum As for the current members of the household, we are very friendly and love meeting new people. The room has a double bed with two fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage. Bed Linen and Towels will be provided Downstairs there is a sunny lounge/dining room with large TV that can be smart activated (Can be connected with Chromecast for your NetFlix, iPlayer and YouTube needs ) and superfast fibre optic internet access . This opens into the kitchen and overlooks the back garden to which you will have access.
