The small "largo" is protected from the noise of the tourist center by an ancient monastery. The space The apartment is located on the 1 floor of an old, traditional, Lisbon house in the historical district of Pena near the medieval monastery of Convento da Encarnação. On the one hand, it adjoins the central square of Rossio, Baixa district and Avenida Liberdade, and on the other it descends to the ancient Mouraria and Martim Moniz square. The apartment was renovated in December 2018. The apartment has two rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment windows overlook a quiet side street of the historic center. All the attractions of the city center are located within walking distance. Guest access The whole apartment is available for you. Other things to note If you have heavy luggage, it is better to use a taxi. From the bus or metro stop you will have to climb the stairs. Please note that our address is Travessa do Convento da Encarnaçao (not Rua do Convento da Encarnaçao). We have two street with practically same name. Our street name is Travessa. The google map has mistake cause this map calls our Travessa like Rua. If you use GPS better to put address Beco do India Pena 7 and opposite this you find our yellow house. But point on Airbnb map is right and if you will use this point it is ok. If happens that you will go to wrong direction via Rua do Convento da Encarnaçao and find old grey building number 21, don't worry cause our house is very near. You need to go further 100 meters till small square near old monastery (Convento da Encarnaçao) than turn wright and you find our yellow building 21! Please also note that when using a large number of electrical appliances, a short circuit may occur and the power will be turned off.
