IN THE CINQUE TERRE, NEAR THE SEA

The space Ancient house renovated and furnished in 2007. It is situated in the marina of Riomaggiore, in pedestrian place, close to the sea and to the beach of the village, to the little harbour and ferries, convenient to the station. The little apartment (on 3 floors connecting by a spiral suitcase) includes a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which with a little balcony with a marvellous sea view. This is for 5 people (the best solution is for 2-4): there is 2 single beds (that we can join) in a bedroom, 2 other single beds (that we can join) in another bedroom and a single sofa-bed in the kitchen . Warning: the apartment is not recommended for people with physical problems, since, as already mentioned, is on three floors connected by a spiral staircase. There is also an independent extra room (for other 2 people) with a bunk bed, a little electric stove, mini-fridge and a private bathroom in the same building (downstairs) that we rent with the apartment for having 2 bathrooms or for staying more comfortable (+20 euro/night) + 20 euro for the extra-room's cleaning. The house is heated with electric heaters (one in each room) and cooled with portable fans. Bed linens (mandatory): + 5 euro/person. We will add this amount, multiplied by the number of people, to the cost of accommodation after your reservation request to give you the total price. Towels (optional): + 5 euro/person (please, tell if you want them before booking). From March 1st to October 31th the Municipality of Riomaggiore established the tourist tax, which amounts to € 2.00 per person over 10 years of age for night to apply for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights. ABOUT CINQUE TERRE: The coastline that takes the name of Cinque Terre, consists of the villages of Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore, extends for approximately 15 Km and is one of the Mediterranean areas natural and semi-natural most unspoiled and extended the Liguria.
