This 1850s character property consists of a shower room with WC, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom on the first floor, and a double bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor. Fully equipped modern kitchen complete with white goods, electric cooker and microwave. The living room/dining room has a large dining table to seat 6, a wood burning fire, smart tv, DVD player. There is also a seating area in the garden. The space Smoking is not permitted in the main house however a warm sheltered area is provided through the use of an updated outhouse adjacent to the property that has lighting and heating. To the front of the property is a small garden on levels where you can see the view of the loch. Children and pets not to be left unattended in the garden. Disposable BBQs can be used in the garden but must not be used on the table or benches and must be disposed of in a safe manner and not put into the plastic bins Guest access The guest has access to the whole house and garden Other things to note Please be aware the house doesn’t directly overlook the Loch the stunning views are seen from the first floor bedroom window and the raised level in the garden the main picture which is the front of the house overlooks the garden. Please note the property does not have onsite parking but parking is available on the road outside One basket of firewood will be supplied on the first night of the stay any others required will be chargeable. When using the fire please ensure any ashes go into the Ash bin provided and not into the plastic bins. Please note up to two dogs only are allowed on the booking, sorry no cats due to owners allergy. Dogs are not allowed on the carpeted area of the property (upstairs) or on the beds. (A stair gate will be fitted when guests are checking in with dogs). Please ensure dogs are up to date with flea/tick treatment due to rural location. Dog poop must be cleaned up in the garden and disposed of. There is a local Coop for all your general needs and a pub called The Creggans that’s a 10 minute drive or short bus journey that sells amazing food and is dog friendly.
