The space The Mediterranean villa combines modern comfort with authentic charm. Air-conditioned with free fiber internet access, the villa has three bedrooms: two are equipped with 160 cm beds while the third has two 90 cm beds. The spacious living room has a large sofa, perfect for relaxing, and a connected flat-screen TV. The dining room is distinguished by its charm with a wooden table from the recovery of a boat, giving it an authentic character. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals: oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, two coffee makers, one filter and one pod, to suit everyone's preferences, kettle, toaster, juicer etc. You will find all the dishes and utensils you need for cooking. For optimal comfort, the villa has two bathrooms with walk-in showers and two separate toilets. The exterior has been designed for moments of relaxation and conviviality. The villa has two terraces, each with a dining area. The first is ideal for alfresco dining and is equipped with a stone barbecue, perfect for summer grilling, with beautiful lights built into the rocks for a cozy evening atmosphere. The pool is exclusively private to the villa and offers safety for children. Check-in at the villa is simple and straightforward, with parking available to help you get settled in. Other things to note Linens (sheets, tea towels and towels) are provided free of charge as well as baby equipment such as a baby cot (with sheets and blanket) and a high chair. Fiber internet access is free and unlimited. For your convenience, we would like to point out that food products (such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.), barbecue products (such as charcoal, etc.), toiletries (such as soap, shower gel, etc.) and household products (dishwashing liquid, etc.) are not provided during your stay. However, to get you started, we provide a small welcome kit including a little salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, some household products, a roll of toilet paper and a garbage bag.
