No 10 Immaculate City Centre, Top Floor 2 Bed Flat

Welcome to No10. An Immaculate 2 bedroom top floor flat in the heart of Inverness. Minutes walk from High Street Shopping, Bars and Restaurants. 7 Minute walk from train or bus station. Located in a quiet city centre street within waking distance of all amenities, Eden Court Theatre, cinema, shops and river walks. Ideal location for a city break for couples or friends. WIFI, NETFLIX and all home comforts included. Limited Parking on request. 2 night minimum stay. The space The Space The flat is on the top floor of a three storey building right in the heart of the city centre. Nothing is too far away. No need for a Taxi home at night or after a long day shopping. There are 35 steps to the flat and there is no lift in the building. Cleanliness / Damage The apartment will be cleaned to a high standard, I most likely did it myself on the day you arrived, so if there is anything you think that is not to an adequate standard then please let me know so that I can resolve the problem. If there is anything missing that you think should be included then also please get in touch. Should you happen to damage anything in the flat, please don't fret, accidents do happen, just let me know so that I can ensure I can clean any mess up and replace any items before my next guests arrive. Parking Permit If you intend on parking then please remember to display the parking permit in your window at all times when parked in the street. The Parking permit does not guarantee you a space but allows you to park if there is one. I have never had an issue finding a space. There is also a 24 hour parking facility nearby to the flat if required. Please remember to post the Permit in the letter box prior to your departure. Failure to leave the permit behind will cause issues for the next guests. Keys Keys can be left either by posting through the letter box of the flat or in the key box outside of the main door. If you are planning to stay in town on your last day then the Key box may be the better option so you can still use the flat until the final check out time. From the flat you can walk in any direction and you will come across a bar, restaurant or shop in just a few minutes walk. On the information sheet in the flat we have provided a few ideas for restaurants and bars that we have used ourselves over the years and would recommend. The flat itself is quite spacious and has all of the usual home fittings and comforts, free WIFI, NETFLIX and Freeview TV, in case the weather is bad or the kids need distracted, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine etc. The Shower room is massive too, try not to get lost in the shower. Guest access Parking is available with the permit displayed although spaces are not guaranteed to be available, there is a 24 hour parking facility nearby should there be no spaces. I have never had any issues with parking myself. Everywhere of interest in Inverness is walkable and there are good transport links by Bus and Train. Other things to note Please be considerate and respectful to other occupants in the building, this is residential block of flats.
