Wild Acres Farmhouse with Private Hot Tub

Our renovated 100 year old farmhouse is ready to make your vacation one to remember! Country fields, mountains, and the coziest little house that leaves you wanting to stay longer. Enjoy the rustic feel with aged wood floors. Relax in a private, fenced in hot tub under the stars. Stocked with necessities you’ll need for your stay. This includes, towels, soaps, paper goods, utensils, hot chocolate, coffee, and more! Kitchen ONLY has a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator. The space If you're looking for adventure, Ephraim canyon is minutes away where you can find hiking, fishing, sledding, and beauty all around. If you are looking for relaxation, you will find it here, surrounded by acres of fields. Located a few minutes from our quaint little town, where you can find the local movie theater, Walmart, and even a few restaurants! We are minutes from Snow College. We are only 7 miles from Manti, which offers the Manti Temple, an outdoor swimming pool, a few local restaurants and other adventures in Manti Canyon. We’ve recently landscaped the farmhouse area for your enjoyment! We offer a fire pit, corn-hole, horseshoes, a picnic area, & beautiful flower gardens! We do have a farm cat Clarence that roams the area freely. He is very spoiled by most Airbnb guests, therefore he tends to be on the porch and in the yard most days. We ask that he stay outside even if he tries to sneak inside. Enjoy a private fenced in hot tub that we keep hot and ready all year round. Enjoy a relaxing soak under the stars! Hosts live on property 150 feet away from Airbnb. Hosts are close enough to offer assistance if needed. Hosts have a beautiful wedding venue on property. You’re welcome to visit the gardens and venue area. The Airbnb and venue share a road but are a distance from each other. Kitchen is not full. We have a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator…similar to a hotel. We have an outdoor cooking area with a two burner grill. We offer wifi, Apple TV, central heat/Ac, one queen size bed and a sofa. Our farmhouse is most comfortable with two people. If you have small children, it would be ok for 3 or 4 people. The pull out sofa bed has unfortunately acquired a damaged frame from guests. It can still be used by propping cushions underneath. Please let us know if you’ll need extra bedding for the couch. You are also welcome to bring your own mattress. It’s small, cute, and cozy! Other things to note Kitchen ONLY includes microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is an outdoor cooking area with a grill for cooking. There is a fire pit in the outdoor area. Bring your own supplies. We have extra supplies in the blue cabinet in the kitchen. We have first aid kit on top of the fridge. If you need extra bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will have it there for you. We have a strict NO ANIMAL policy in order to keep our place allergen free and to prevent incidents that can occur with animals. The house is small, and everything in it is small- the ceilings are short, shower is short and space is cozy! We do have an outdoor farm cat that roams around the property. He is strictly an outdoor cat. We have a beautiful wedding venue on our property. The Airbnb and venue share a road but are a distance from each other. We have weddings at the venue most weekends and some weeknights. Our home is nearby so if you need anything, we can help you!
