The kitchen has a prep island with 2 stools and is stocked with all your cooking needs, including: Keurig Coffee maker, pots/pans, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, full-sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink w/disposal, plates/bowls, glasses and utensils. Complimentary coffee provided. Inner and under cabinet lighting and soft close drawers/doors add to the kitchen’s custom feel. Next to the kitchen is a small, round table table with 2 chairs. The living area features a welcoming sofa, loveseat, oversized chair, side tables, and coffee table. The 55” 4K OLED TV has hundreds of channels including Showtime, Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime video. The bedroom has a comfortable and luxurious king bed, side tables, chest of drawers, full length mirror, and black out shades. The large bathroom is adorned with white tile on the floor. It has a comfort height toilet and shower over a full-sized tub. Quality linens, hairdryer, cotton swabs, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided. Enjoy your own private laundry room complete with newer washer/dryer and complimentary detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, iron, and ironing board. Air conditioned and heated. Thermostat controlled via an iPhone located on a side table near the sofa. You will also have access to our large and private backyard patio with firepit. Strict no smoking policy (no smoking is allowed indoors/outdoors). Listing is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, students/athletes and their parents, fishermen, business travelers, Oregon State event attendees, and collegiate sports fans. Due to our decor and furniture choices, this is not a good listing for small children. ** Safe and secure - whole house exterior has motion detectors, security cameras, and alarm system. Apartment has off street parking, high security door lock, and monitored smoke/CO2 detectors. There aren’t any security cameras in the apartment itself. **Located on second floor, must climb stairs. **Approximately 5 minutes to downtown Albany, 15 minutes to Corvallis and I-5. 20 minutes to OSU dorms, Reser Stadium, Gill Coliseum, and Goss Stadium. Guest access You will have access to the entire 800+ SF apartment. Apartment has its own private entrance and is up a set of stairs. Come and go as you please. Private washer/dryer is right outside the apartment. Other things to note Apartment is attached to the main structure, but it has its own private entrance and its own set of stairs. Nobody will have access to your space. You will occasionally hear the garage below you open/close, but we are mindful of our guests and will do our best to keep the noise at a minimum. We block the summer months and do not allow reservations.
