JEBS Hilltop Lodge. A log house located between South Boston, VA and Roxboro, NC. 250+ beautiful private acres. Property is 25-30 minutes to VIR or Hyco Lake. Hike, fish, grill, fire pit, etc. 6 bedrooms. Max13 people. Large fully furnished kitchen. Large dining table seats 10. Breakfast area seats 8. Gorgeous stone fireplace. Good mobile phone service. Satellite WiFi. The space The house was built and furnished by two families. It was built as a getaway for our families, then we decided we'd share it with other families when we’re not using it. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access Depending on the SIZE OF YOUR PARTY, max number of guests have access to the entire house, all three levels. If your party has less than six (6) people, you might be eligible for a special rate. Send an inquiry through AirBnB, tell us the size of your group and the number of bedrooms your group will need. We might be able to offer a discount price. You are welcome to hike/walk the mostly wooded property. There are about 10 miles of trails, some better cleared than others. Please be careful. It is a beautiful place, we often see wild game on the property. Use the trails at your own risk. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE OR PARK IN THE YARD. KEEP ALL VEHICLES ON THE GRAVEL ROADS. NO ATV’s OR MOTORIZED RECREATIONAL TYPE VEHICLES ALLOWED. Other things to note 1. PETS are allowed (One time pet fee of $135). 2. NO SMOKING inside the cabin. 3. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS on the property or in the house. 4. NO HUNTING on the property. (Fishing is permitted.) 5. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or GROUP GATHERINGS. Please DO NOT invite or entertain guests to the house who are not included in the number of guests on the rental agreement. If you have more guests show up than the number of guests on the rental agreement, please let us know ASAP to arrange for additional payment. 6. The house, decks, grill, fire pit, and yard are available for you to enjoy during your stay. Please do not leave grill or fire pit unattended. Please clean the grill after using. 7. There is plenty parking available in the driveway and on cement parking area. PLEASE keep vehicles on the cement and graveled areas ONLY. Don’t drive or park or turn around in any of the grass/yard areas. 8. PLEASE do not drive any vehicle on trails. 9. Motorized Recreation Vehicles ARE NOT PERMITTED. (Including ATV, 4-wheeler, dirt bike, etc.) 10. CHILDREN should NEVER wonder the property without adult supervision. 11. Children should NEVER be around the dock, pond, or river without adult supervision. 12. A $250 fee will be charged for not adhering to the above house rules. 13. We do have game cameras throughout the property and on the roads. There are no cameras in or on the house.
