The living area is 385 square meters distributed on the first floor entrance hall with staircase, storage room, laundry room and bathroom with shower cabin. Immediately after this is a winter garden with ornamental plants, large sunny living room overlooking the outdoor pool and the fascinating sea view. To them are large fully equipped cusine with a spacious dining area, suitable for large family dinners or big friendly companies. Massive staircase leads to the second floor with four bedrooms, three bathrooms (two with bathtub and one with shower cabin) and billiard hall. Each room has a balcony. One of the bedrooms is transitional to the other and and is comfortable for children. Besides a spacious landscaped garden with many ornamental plants and an automatic watering system out, you'll enjoy a private, panoramic swimming pool (100 m3) surrounded by teak, summer barbecue area with tent and dining area for outdoor recreation and summer toilet with shower. The villa is equipped with solar panels for hot water with two tanks each with a capacity of 200 liters. The villa features original artwork - Artists from France, Bulgaria, Spain, original decoration in marine style from Turkey, Africa, Europe and the furniture of famous Bulgarian designers. Guest access Villa "Nautilius" is located 3 km. from the center of the old town of Sozopol,on St. Stefan Bay which is known with its remarkable rocky coast and high fiords, which resemble the Norwegian fiords in miniature. 200 meters from the house to the south there is a small stone beach, located in an extremely quiet bay, in the immediate vicinity of the "DALIAN CHAYKA" restaurant. Further south (almost 2 km) you can enjoy of famous Beach area Kavatzite Bay, closed by Cape St. Christ and Cape St. Agalina. The beach is sandy, wide and 3 km long, making it one of the most beautiful beaches in the southern Black Sea region. The seascape here is typical for an exotic beach-high dunes of pure wind-blown sand, widely spread all over the shore, each up to 5-6 m high. You can enjoy the outstanding natural beauty of the rare sand lily, which grows on the dunes here. The busiest times of the year are the summer months, ranging from May to September as tourists from around the world come to enjoy the weather, sandy beaches, history and culture, fusion cuisine (Balkan, Mediterranean), and atmosphere of the colourful resort. Sozopol is an ancient seaside town located 35 km south of Burgas on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. Today it is one of the major seaside resorts in the country, known for the Apollonia art and film festival (which takes place in early September) that is named after one of the town's ancient names. Other things to note Through your personal ladder of your yard you can go down to rocks, from which you can enter the sea and swim or enjoy sunbathing in complete privacy. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request.
