Villa Tesori is a Diamond Class Homestay certified by Tourism Dept., Govt of Kerala, that offers a unique blend of comfort relaxation & adventure. Nestled at the peak of a small hill with tea plantation, over looking the Chembra Peak, it offers a 360 degree view, which is simply picture perfect. The chirping sounds of birds & melody from the nearby river echos all around the year, provides an inviting break from your busy & hectic life. The location will do justice to your eyes, ears & soul. The space The ground floor is FULLY RFESERVED for the host family. The main house have 3 dedicated guest rooms on the first floor ideal for family booking. The view from the common balcony is spectacular and have variety of seating and several indoor board games. We also have one bedroom cottage called Zuri ideal for double occupancy with utmost privacy. Both guest rooms have separate entrance and facing. OUR PRICING IS NOT FOR THE ENTIRE VILLA, but as per the no. of the guest rooms and no of guests. Pets are not allowed in this property generally . In special cases pets are allowed only with prior discussion and agreement and at additional cost. Guest access Nearest Town is called Meppadi which is 13 Km from the property. Nearest inter state bus station is at Kalpetta 22 Km from the property. Nearest Airport is 120 Km and railway station is 110 Km respectively located at Kozhikode. Other options for airport is at Kannur. Other things to note 4th bedroom is called Cottage Zuri, for which we charge additional Rs 7500/- per night, which can be settled directly at the property. Half board meals is Rs 1250/- per head, per night ( Incl of breakfast & dinner) Full board meals is Rs 1500/- per head, per night ( Incl of breakfast, lunch & dinner). Driver's accommodation @ 1250/- per night. Additional person (3rd person) in the existing bedroom will be charged Rs 2750/- per night. Max occupancy in a room is 3. Single person occupancy will be charged, 4500/- Per night. AC room facilities attract additional charges, Rs 750/- per night. Facilities like campfire, BBQ, Washing machine etc will be at additional cost. Kitchen provided for basic cooking only, eg infant meals .
