A Cozy Room near the Old City in Nuremberg

Share my lovely home! A room exclusively for you along with access to a Balcony, Kitchen and Bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is no lift. Airbnb room( 20 qm) The space A 5 minute walk down to the Old City gate. Extremely good access to the Underground and the Tram station stops just 3 minutes away. Shops and Supermarkets close to the apartment. or a 1 station hop off to the closest Shopping Mall and many other options. NO CATS ALLOWED DUE TO HAIR ALLERGIES RELEVANT FOR DOG OWNERS - Trained, No Bed or the Sofa permitted for the dogs to sleep or sit. The Charges for Dogs can vary according to the various reasons- 1. If you bring more than 1 2. Length of your stay. The current charges set are applicable for 1 Dog/Pet only and for a reasonal length of stay (1 week?). If you have more than 1, extra charges will apply. For extended amounts of time more than a week, for obvious reasons, extra charges will apply. Please discuss this with me (Host) before booking. Guest access Kitchen, Bathroom and the balcony are common sharing areas. During your stay Once you complete the booking, please write to me of your expected time of arrival. In case I am not available at the time, please be prepared to adjust the timings as per my schedule. Other things to note Please Ring the Name on my doorbell "SHALINI" to be let in. Please DO NOT write a message or call me saying " I am at the door". . INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cigarettes/Weed /"Anything else" Smoking, Alcohol and Drugs are FORBIDDEN in my Home. 2. Please refrain from talking loudly or play loud Music after 10 p.m. The Apartment Senior Residents could complain. During the day should not matter. 3. Please be kind enough to take your shoes off outside the apartment door itself before entering my apartment. You could place them in the Shoe rack in the corridor . 4.Please do not sit on the bed to eat any meals just so you don´t stain the bedsheets. 5.Feel free to cook or warm up your meals in the Kitchen. Pots and pans are available. No Ingredients are provided except Salt. I do not own a Microwave. It takes me atleast 2 weeks to load my dishwasher until its full, hence please hand wash your dishes/Mugs in the sink when you are finished with your meals. Please DO NOT bring and cook or eat any beef or Pork in my apartment. Fish, Seafood, Poultry, eggs are no problem. One important Point- I, your Host,.lives in the Apartment myself. I expect my Tourist guests to inform themselves about the Airbnb laws within Germany. Since I live here, I have got to cook and feed myself.delicous Indian Meals everyday. Having Said that, my Apartment can possibly retain the smell of food for a.while after my meals. so please bear with me. Thank you very much. 6.The room is provided only for the Guests who have booked. Please DO NOT invite anyone else into the Apartment or your room! 7.Please do let me know of your Check in and Check out timings so I can plan my schedule accordingly. 8. SAVE ENERGY. Do not leave the lights or lamps burning throughout the night, for safety reasons and to save energy. 9. During Winter especially, please make it a point to wear house shoes and socks on to prevent feeling too cold. The Heater is shut off once you are under the quilts. ;) 10. The Thermostat Regulator for.turning the Heater on is in the Bathroom. Düring Winters its on, but for whatever reason that maybe and its off, please speak to me. 11. The washing machine may be used .
