Comfy room in great location, off-road parking

Cosy room with very comfortable futon. Based in Whitchurch, north Cardiff. Close to M4 and 5 min walk to Coryton train station. The room is on the ground floor and is primarily used as a study. For 2 guests there is a very comfy futon. After 2 guests we put out single airbeds. We have a dog who is no problem. He may bark once but then he’ll be happy to be stroked You will have a private toilet during your stay. . Checkout at 10:30am. The space There is a separate WC which will only be used by guests. Guest access Offsteet parking. We ask that the kitchen area and lounge be kept private for our own family use. Other things to note No breakfast provided due to Covid. But decent pub short walk away.
