The house is thoughtfully designed across two levels to offer comfort, privacy, and flexibility for family living. The ground floor, with an independent entrance, features a spacious living and dining area that opens directly onto the large terrace and garden, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. It also includes a double bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a BBQ area, making it ideal for relaxed family meals and gatherings. The first floor, accessible via internal stairs, offers two additional bedrooms, including one double bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom.
