Lovely Basement Suite near McMaster & Downtown

Newly updated basement suite near trendy Locke St. Great shops and restaurants a 10 min walk. 15-20 min walk to Downtown. Private side entrance, kitchenette (sink, microwave, large toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker, mini fridge/freezer, NO BURNERS/STOVE), bedroom, bathroom, desk workspace, and living room. I ask in advance to use laundry downstairs. 1 parking spot & laundry. Grocery store a 3 min walk. 7 min drive to McMaster U. Ceiling 6' in half the unit. The space Comfortable basement suite in quaint century home near public transportation, shops and restaurants. Guest access Full basement unit, laundry downstairs, front and back decks and backyard. Other things to note Other guests will sometimes use laundry in basement (never after 10pm). I will notify you in advance and they will knock on the way down. Old house so please be careful on the stairs down to basement - they're steep, narrow and not a lot of headroom. Drainage hole in floor of laundry room, be mindful of that. Floor a bit uneven in spots as well. Chromecast: AirBNBLoft To watch/listen to Netflix, YouTube, Google Play, etc just set the tv to the Chromecast HDMI input and press the cast icon (rectangle with waves in corner) in your phone app.
