Great views, confort + slopes

Our appartement is very well located, in the village of Dolonne, 500m from the cable car, and very close to the ski slopes (return). There is a fantastic view of the Mont Blanc and renovated in 2015 (new photos soon). We look forward to your visit! The space The appartment is in Dolonne, a small fraction of Courmayeur from the 15th century, just at the foot of the down-hill ski resort. It is situated on the 1st floor. There is one bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and a 2nd room with 3 beds (3rd bed for a child up to approx. 8-10years old maximum!), abundant storage space and a great view. There is a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen complete with microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, stove, fridge, and accessories; and a living room, with a dining table for 6 and a sofa bed (double bed). Finally there is a terasse with a great view of the Mont Blanc and the Alps. There is a shared garden just underneat the appartment. There is a washing machine available for common use in the building as well as a variety of baby accessories in the flat (bed, high chair, bath tub, etc.). Some free parking spots around the flat (watch out for parking restrictions, especially on alternate Mondays when some spots need to be vacated for snow cleaning). The cable-car ride up is at a short walking distance and you can ski virtually back to the flat (100m). Dolonne is also well connected to Courmayeur, less than a kilometer away, with frequent shuttles/buses to town. There are also a few restaurants - an excellent pizzeria and a restaurant are right by the house! Courmayeur (1.224 m) is a charming alpine resort at the foot of the Mont Blanc, which boasts centuries of history and world-wide fame. The ski resort counts 24 modern and functional lifts (cablecars, chairlifts, ski-lifts) and 100 kilometers of slopes. Courmayeur Mont-Blanc is only 1h30 min from Turin or Milan; 1 hour 15 minutes away from Geneva (Switzerland), 15 minutes form Chamonix (France) - via the Mont Blanc Tunnel.
