You will be located in the heart of the pleasant city of Toulouse, in an apartment that has been renovated by an architect. The space *** Features to consider *** - The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. - You will have one set of keys on your arrival. - No parties and noise pollution are not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood. - You will have at your disposal a cot without baby sheets and duvet. Plan the blankets for your little one. - Included: bed linen and towels. *** Housing *** To ensure maximum comfort during your stay, the following equipment will be at your disposal: • Living area with beautiful bricks on the wall: sofa, dining table, television, balcony access • Kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, induction hob, toaster, dishwasher, kettle and cooking utensils. • Sleeping area: double bed and storage space. • Bathroom area open to the bedroom: shower stall, sink. • Separate toilet Outside: • Balcony Plus: hairdryer, ironing set, washing machine and a baby bed also available. Guest access It will be a self check-in. Our support service will no longer be available after 8 p.m. but you will still be able to access the accommodation using the key box. Other things to note OUR RENTAL CONDITIONS: ° The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. ° Parties / events are totally prohibited. ° There cannot be more people in the accommodation than the occupants indicated in the reservation. ° We count on you to leave the accommodation in good condition. The accommodation and what is inside must be returned in the state in which it was found on arrival (art 11.1 of the Rental Conditions), i.e.: as if it were on your awn place, without waste, without dirty dishes and furniture and decorative items in good condition in their original place. The cleaning fees associated with the reservation correspond to the classic cleaning, the costs of household linen, the consumable products and the VAT. If beyond the classic cleaning, we must "restore" the accommodation (rubbish / moldy food / personal belongings left, sticky floor, dirty and untidy dishes, deteriorated equipment, smell of cigarettes...), we will unfortunately have to charge you for overtime. Thank you for your understanding. ° For any reservation longer than 30 days, one cleaning per month (minimum) will be carried out at your expense. We will agree dates and times together.
