Two Suites at Brisbane's iconic Fairy House

The Fairy House is an iconic property listed on Brisbane City Council's heritage register. Guests can enjoy two self-contained suites. The suites are on separate levels of the Fairy House and are accessible via an external staircase. This listing would suit two couples travelling together or a family with teenage children or older. Each suite is self-contained with a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. The suites have sweeping views over Bardon all the way to Mount Coot-tha. The space The Fairy House is a well known and much loved local landmark. Please note the two suites are not connected by any internal access. They are connected via an external staircase. Guests at the Fairy House enjoy two self-contained guest studios located on separate levels of the property. Each suite has a private entrance, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. There is also a covered outdoor terrace for you to enjoy. The studio is the larger of the two suites and is divided into three zones that provide areas for dining, lounging and sleeping. Amenities include on each level: - Dining table and two chairs - Kitchenette with sink - Bar fridge - Microwave - Single induction hob - Cooking utensils, pot & pan - Tea/coffee making facilities with kettle and Nespresso coffee pod machine - Toaster - Wardrobe with hangers - Ironing board and iron - Queen size bed - Sukin hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash - WiFi The Studio offers: - 40 inch TV with Netflix, YouTube and Freeview - Two seater lounge and armchair The Loft suite offers: - 32 inch TV with Netflix, Freeview Other things to note There is no internal access between the two suites. Access is via an external staircase. There is no car parking on the property. There is free street parking available on the side streets around the property and we would suggest parking in Tooth Ave, a side street across the road, approximately 150 metres away.
