The area is very peaceful and quiet. It is in easy reach of Palmela, Arrabida and Setubal. There is public transport, but we advise you to hire a car. The club house is open seven days a week. The property is furnished and includes furnish, household appliances, linens, towels, kitchen appliances and decoration items. 2. Access. Guest shall allow the House-manager access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. House-manager shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. 3. Smoking is allowed outside only. 4. People other than those in the Guest list set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 5. Children shall be always under supervision. 6. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours; Code-enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 23:00 – 8:00. 7. This property is privately owned; the Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. 8. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 9. Only use appliances for their intended uses 10. Pets are not allowed. 11. It is not allowed that the towels and other utensils of the property are used outside the same; 12. Cleaning: There is no daily housekeeping service. We can provide an extra cleaning of the house for 65€, which includes change of towels and sheets. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken outside the house. 13. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage bin located just outside the gate. All garbage must place in the garbage bin inside plastic bags. 14. Swimming Pool: a. The pool should only be used by the Guest and persons indicated in the reservation. b. People with open infections and / or wounds can not use the pool. c. No smoking, eating or drinking inside the pool. d. The use of suitable bathing suits is compulsory. e. The pool has no surveillance. Children should always be supervised by an adult. f. Children who still wear a diaper should wear diapers or a suitable bathing suit. g. The pool should be used with caution by people who cannot swim. 15. Child playground and pool: Kids must always be under adult supervision 16.
