This waterfront dreamhouse is situated in a private housing complex, 4km from the village of Ierissos, just 30 meters from Gavriadia Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki, overviewing the worldly famous Mount Athos. The space Our house is situated in a privately owned area of 240 houses with a private parking and oriented borders. Only residents are allowed to enter the Nautilos housing complex area with the use of IR control that opens the gate. You can fell safe, enjoying your relaxing holiday without being disturbed. As far as the house is concerned, it is a new-built 74 m2 maisonette with two floors connected by an internal marble staircase. Two independent bedrooms,a bathroom with a shower cabin and a small storage are located on the ground floor.The master bedroom with the double bed offers access to the small storage, where you can find a large wardrobe to tidy all your staff. The second bedroom, with its own outside terrace, which can also be used as a second entrance to the house, is also provided with a double bed. On the first floor, you can find a comfortable living room with a cosy fireplace and a flat-screen TV, that offers an amazing view to the sea, a WC and a fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies are attached to this floor (the one of them with great view to the sea and mount Athos), where guests can enjoy their coffee or breakfast. Outside the residence there is a patio that leads to a private pergola terrace with sea view and a large garden area. We provide all the amenities you may wish..Sheets, blankets, towels, Shampoo, hair-dryer, washing machine, clothes iron, insect repellers as well as wi-fi, so that you can work by the sea..In other words, everything you may need to feel like home! The amazing beach, with crystal water, where you can relax all day long, is 30 meters away, in an one-minute walking distance from the house. We provide sunbeds and umbrellas so that you can enjoy your dives to the fullest. As the private beach usually hosts a few people, mostly residents, you will have all the space and tranquillity you wish for a perfect vacation. Other things to note Things to do: -Visit the beautiful beach of Kakoudia, only three minutes drive from the house -Plan a local excursion to the beautiful village of Ouranoupoli (15km distance), the Gate of Mount Athos, where you can stroll around its picturesque streets with the souvenir shops, visit the Byzantine tower of Ouranoupolis, savor fresh seafood in traditional fish taverns or relax in one of its pleasant cafes or bars and drink cocktails on the beach watching the sunset. During the day, visitors are offered the chance to swim at exotic beaches across Ouranoupolis, or at the small isles called Gaidouronisia (donkey islands), which can be visited either by small fishing boats or small speedboats. -Take one of the ferry boats which daily set off from the harbor of Ouranoupolis and enjoy a cruise at the Mount Athos, one of the most important centres of Eastern Orthodox Monasticism. -Take a ferry boat from Tripiti (10 minutes drive from Ierissos) to the island of Ammouliani. -Go for a cocktail or dinner to the luxury resort Eagles Palace (5 km away from Ouranoupolis to Ierissos) and enjoy live music and beautiful sea view. -Visit the site of the ancient city of Stageira, home town of the Greek philosopher Aristotle, which is about half an hour driving distance from our residence.
