Clarion Cottage

Clarion is a traditional Highland cottage situated in the beautiful, tranquil village of Kyleakin 'the gateway to Skye'. Accommodating up to 8 guests with one double bedroom and two family rooms. Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage including two shower rooms, dining kitchen, separate dining room and living room with wood burning stove. Clarion cottage is over 100 years old and full of character. A perfect cosy hideaway to relax in or base for your highland adventures! The space Clarion cottage was our family home for 20 years. Being the hub for our ever growing family, it's been lived in and loved for many years. It's homely, cosy and a perfect home from home for a family getaway. Kitchen - Large dining kitchen with cooker, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Access to the back garden. Dining Room - relaxed separate dining space with extendable table seating 8 and electric fire. Living room - Cosy and comfortable lounge room with large corner sofa. Relax and unwind by the wood burning stove after a busy day exploring. Bedrooms - all bedrooms are upstairs. There is one double room (double bed) and two family rooms (double and single bed). Each bedroom has a sink. Shower rooms - there are two toilets/shower rooms. Both situated upstairs. Outside garden area - Guests have exclusive access to a separated area of the garden shared by our cottage. This is full enclosed and a safe space for children and pets! Guest access Exclusive access to the entire cottage and garden area. Parking space available right in front of the cottage. Other things to note Pets are very welcome but please inform the host while booking if you plan to take more than 1 as there is an additional £15 per pet per stay cleaning fee due on arrival.
