You have your own private 1 bedroom apartment all to yourself. Ideal for 1 or 2 people but, if you're comfortable using the mattress in the living room for an additional sleep area for a another travel person or couple that's OK with me too. There are "some" times where you might hear a piano, guitar or drum set being tested out during those hours.
