This space is an ideal home base for those who appreciate both elegance and contemporary comfort. The 40-square-meter (430 sq ft) studio serves as my creative workspace when I’m in Europe and features a minimalist design with custom wood furnishings and numerous houseplants. All windows face a quiet interior garden, offering an unobstructed view over the city roofs. The bathroom is new finished with clean, large tiles. The apartment is designed with energy efficiency in mind, utilizing smart presence sensors and climate control to minimize our environmental footprint without sacrificing comfort. You can also adjust the lighting color to suit your mood and enjoy secure, keyless entry. There is a large projector screen installed to be viewed from the bed. Stream via AppleTV and listen through two HomePod mini speakers, a Marshall speaker, or your own Bluetooth headphones. The space includes two work desks, one of which is mobile for the morning coffee or tea. The internet speed is 300M/s with a stable router. The kitchen is fully stocked with a new air fryer for healthier cooking, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a blender, and an espresso machine. Guest access You will have private and complete access to the entire studio apartment. Entry is seamless with our smart lock system; you will receive a unique access code for the duration of your stay a few days before your arrival. Alternatively, you can use a digital key on your smartphone for automatic unlocking. Other things to note This space is perfect for extended stays. Please inquire for special rates for stays of 6-12 months. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a historic building with no elevator. The stairwell is clean, safe, and fully functional, awaiting a heritage renovation. Please help minimizing the environmental footprint by treating the space as your own home. Winter temperatures are ~20-21°C (day) and 18°C (night). Custom higher temperature adjustments are available for a fee. Poznan region faces ongoing water challenges, we please be mindful of water consumption. For longer stays provide your own cooking and bathroom essentials. All fees are included in the price. For everyone’s safety, security cameras are installed in the building's exterior public hallways and on the doorbell. None inside.
