The annexe is a recently renovated self-contained 1-bedroom apartment in a town centre location, ideally situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and includes an allocated parking space. The property is completely separate from the main house with a private entrance and outside space available on the sun terrace in our private garden. The space The apartment is ideal for couples or small families, there is a large en-suite double bedroom with room for a travel cot (available on request). The open plan living space includes; kitchen, breakfast bar, widescreen TV, sofa bed and a pool table. Other things to note The sofa converts into a full sized double bed and should be perfectly adequate for 2 adults to sleep on comfortably. It is prudent to remember that the annexe only has 1 bathroom which en suite to the bedroom.
