The space This large apartment is newly redecorated throughout for July 2023 is ideal for families and the perfect place to explore our beautiful city while staying in one of the best locations in Bath. The apartment is located on the lower ground floor of a large Georgian terrace, access is through side gate to stairs leading down towards private entrance. The courtyard at the front of the apartment is for your private use, there is a table and chairs where you'll love to have a morning coffee or afternoon tea. Please expect there are many tourists stopping outside the property, you might feel like a VIP! The space inside is vast. You will access through a large private hallway and to your right, you'll find utility room. The living room is very spacious, with large comfy sofas and plenty sunlight. There is a long corridor running across the whole flat. Master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobe and dressing table. The second bedroom is also a double with comfortable mattress and high quality linen. The third bedroom has two single beds, it's set up as children's bedroom but the beds are full size and if you wish we can remove toys for adult visitors. Equally, if you're coming with children - we have plenty of toys for different age range and also provide travel cot & high chair at no extra cost. There are two bathrooms, one with walk in shower and other with shower over bath. There is plenty of storage space inside the house. Guest access You are renting a lower ground floor apartment, accessible through a gate to the left of yellow door and down the steps. The courtyard with table & chairs is for your use, however there is strictly no smoking or parties. This is a very prestigious location, please be respectful to residents. Other things to note Parking: The nearest long stay car park is Charlotte Street, which is a 5 minute walk away through the park. You can pull over as=cross the road from the apartment on single yellow lines to quickly drop off bags, before parking your car. Unfortunately not wheelchair/limited mobility friendly. Must climb stairs PLEASE DO NOT RING THE DOORBELL BY THE YELLOW DOOR! THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED TO THE LEFT, DOWN THE STAIRS. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. The property is accessed through a private entrance. Other things to note The property is Grade I listed and we do everything we can to respect the local environment and our neighbours. Please can guests not smoke anywhere on the property including the courtyard. Due to the age and nature of the property the stairs to the front are quite steep.
