Though this is a small house the tall ceilings and floor length windows open up the space feeling roomy yet comforting. The first room is the bedroom having a separate area from the living room but not a closed off separation one would expect of a bedroom. With an archway it flows into the Living room that accompanies a pull out couch and full dining room table set for 6. In the last part of the house you will find the laundry room, bathroom and kitchen. The eat-in kitchen has everything you need. A large fridge, gas stove and oven, large farmhouse sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal. There is also a microwave, coffee maker and tea pot plus everything you need to cook or grill if you choose to. There is a small breakfast table in the kitchen and a full table and chairs in the living room for more space if you so choose. Bathroom is modest that has a shower/tub and great water pressure. The backyard is yours to enjoy! A private fully fenced in space allows for children to run and play or a nice relaxing cup of coffee on the deck in the morning.
