Sanderling's Pebbles Loft Room

Sanderling is on the Rock Road conveniently located just 200m from the Spar shop and bakery and 300m from the Pityme Pub. The seafront of Rock and Mariners Pub are a mile down the Rock Road. Only a short drive to St. Enodoc and Roserrow Golf Clubs, the Camel estuary, Polzeath, Daymer and the SW coastal path. The space The Pebbles Room is a peaceful room located in the eaves of our large detached garage. It is a self contained unit with its own front door. It has comfortable king size bed and an oak table and chairs and a flat-screen TV. There is a private fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave and an area of work-surface to prepare snacks. I provide crockery, cutlery and glasses. It is not a full kitchen and does not have a sink upstairs, however an area designed for you to prepare a snack or warm a ready meal. The room has electric heating and hard floors. Downstairs there is a private shower room with toilet and basin. This shower room is for the sole use of clients who book the Pebbles Room. The rooms are offered on a room only basis, however I will provide tea, coffee and cereal. We have an excellent bakery only 300m down the road and there are numerous places for breakfast in the village. Guest access We have a large garden with some wooden benches and our own field to exercise your well behaved dog. There is off road parking at the rear of the house through some gates. Guest can use our wetsuit bucket and wetsuit drying rail. Other things to note I will accept a toodler in the room but you must bring your own stair gate as there are stairs in the room. We have a travel cot which you are welcome to borrow, but you will need to bring cot linen. I strongly recommend booking some restaurants and pubs before you arrive.
