Quite and sunny apartment on 9th. Floor. 3 rooms, 2 double bed. with Cable TV, Free internet, central hitting, washing machine, refrigerator, conditioner, Balcony. WC and bathroom are separately. There are also 24/7 pharmacies and supermarkets. In the five minutes walking distance there is a metro station. also any kind of public transportation stops in front of the building. The space Apartment with kitchen is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, groups of 4 people. Kitchen is small but comfortable where you can have coffee and tea or cook everything to eat. There is 2 double bed. The apartment has air conditioner. The bathroom has a very comfortable shower. There are always fresh and clean towels in the bathroom. One side of the apartment overlooks the river Mtkvari. Guest access All 80 sq.m owns to guest. There is a secure WiFi and Ethernet (cable) in the flat. Other things to note Sometimes the elevator does not work but the engineer does it as soon as possible. This is Georgia and this is a normal phenomenon :) :) ;)
