The building is located in front of the brand new polytechnic, less than a 10-minute walk from the center of Lecco and the lake. The location is ideal for reaching all the main tourist spots. The space The apartment, completely new, has access to the kitchen/living room area with balcony. The exposed, fir wood ceiling beams create a welcoming, warm, and relaxing atmosphere. The small terrace (from which you can see the mountains) is ideal for sitting in company chatting or eating together or simply enjoying the fresh air. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is equipped with essential accessories for cooking and sitting at the table to eat. A sofa bed and a living room unit with a large Smart TV complete the living area. From the living area you can access the double bedroom with a small walk-in closet, desk and comfortable double bed. The bathroom complete with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet completes the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment Other things to note All guests' IDs will be required before arrival and will then be checked in person on site. Each door is equipped with a keypad and the codes will be provided before arrival. The codes are personal and no one else can access your apartment, in addition you will not have to bring any keys with you. There is a municipal tourist tax of €1.5 per person per night for up to 5 nights. For 2 guests, the only double bed is prepared, if you want to also use the sofa bed you must request it at the reservation and a surcharge is required for the additional costs. For 3 and 4 guests, on the other hand, the sofa bed is always prepared (included in the price of the stay).
