For up to 2 people, this fresh and bright single-room apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay on our beautiful island, including a full kitchen, comfortable living space, air conditioning, and WiFi. The space The elegant and modern decor creates a comfortable and open space for guests to relax after a day exploring the island. The accents of natural stone and wood give aesthetics to the country. The studio, spacious, open-concept single-room, is divided into a lounge area with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with a dining table and a sleeping area with a double bed. In addition, it has a full bathroom. · Living-Room / Kitchen It’s a pleasant and convenient space for relaxing, working, sleeping, cooking, and more. We have equipped the kitchen with everything you may need to prepare a meal, including a microwave, oven, stove, and double sink. Enjoy your meal around the kitchen table, or step outside and have dinner on the terrace! · Terrace Sunbathe, eat a meal, read a book, or simply enjoy the outdoors on the large terrace. This beautiful outdoor space is an excellent place to relax. · Bathroom The clean and bright bathroom has a sink, a large mirror and counter space, and a shower. · Sleeping area: Although it is an open floor plan, the sleeping area has been strategically placed to allow fluency in the study. It's a very warm and cozy space ideal for any kind of stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. In the property, there is available air conditioning and heating. Plus, guest are given access to parking if needed. SHARED SPACES: Washing machine, dryer and shared garden.
