The tennis court is available with limited access as shared with your hosts or other guests occuping King Billy Apartment. Games room provided with tabletennis, 8 ball and darts. Pleasant walks around the 13 acre property are also an aerobic activity for anyone that way 'inclined!' Guest access This Apartment listed as Birchs Bay Farm Apartment is exclusively yours when you book. Your hosts live separately in The Woolshed Cottage. With private entrance and Carport this Apartment 'BBFarm' is separate to 'Birchs Bay Farm Modern Apartment' (HH) which is located in the east wing of the house with conjoining laundry and locked doors in between for complete privacy. Guests are welcomed by your hosts Scottie or Sim whenever possible. If circumstances determine the front door always open for you. The new hot tub (2024) has been established for priority use of your hosts and their families/friends. Other priority use is for guests staying at "The Modern Apartment" (HH). . Prior arrangement from guests staying in BB Farm Apartment is possible (if hot tub is available) on a DAILY RATE if there is no other requirement for its use on that day.
