SUN BAY HOUSE

The accommodation is located on a terrace an integral part of the villa which is my home. Located in Villefranche sur mer, one of the most beautiful bays in the world. You will appreciate its tranquility and its picturesque village on the French riviera. Beaches are located 15 mn away walking distance. A French continental breakfast is included in the price. The space The guests accommodation is absolutely independent from the villa. A large terrace overlooking a pool separates my housse from the guests accommodation . In 15 minutes by bus or train, you can reach Nice, France's fifth-largest city, with its old town and pedestrian streets. Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat are 10 minutes away by bus or 20 minutes away walking distance. Guest access You have full independant access to the accommodation which is located on the terrace overlooking the villa. Other things to note I would like to emphasize that radio and music are banned on the terraces, for one purpose only, to respect my neighborhood with which i have a perfect agreement.
