I have a four-bedroom, three bathroom chalet in a quiet area of the village with fantastic views of the Mont Blanc mountains. This room has a queen bed which can be split in to two single beds if required (subject to a premium rental cost). In total, I have one to three rooms to rent that accommodate queen and/or twin beds, including a family room (one double plus a single). I have a lovely black Labrador that lives here with me. The space The chalet was built in the late 1960s and has recently been renovated to a high-spec. It is in the centre of the village of Argentière in the Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley, within a short walk to the railway station and the bus stop, as well as local businesses (supermarket, bakeries, restaurants and bars, ski lift etc.) It was constructed over three levels. The main entrance is on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase. This is the prinicpal living area (lounge, dining area, fitted kitchen) but also includes a home-office and bathroom with toilet. Access to the large terrace is on this level. The ground floor includes the garage, cellar, laundry room etc. as well as the owner's bedroom/shower room. The top floor includes the three bedrooms that are available for rent, a shared shower room (with toilet) and a second lounge/TV area. The terrace benefits from tables, chairs and sofas (weather permitting). There is no on-site parking however there is a free, public car-park within a 50 metre walk from the chalet. Vehicular access is permitted for loading/unloading but cars are not permitted to park in the cul-de-sac. Guest access Guests can access most areas of the chalet. I currently live on the property too and have a private bedroom/bathroom on the ground floor / garden level. During your stay I'm usually around to help and chat, if required or desired! Other things to note As noted elsewhere, I live on the premises with my female, black Labrador. We expect to have a litter of puppies in the summer of 2025 and I will be keeping one, so come the autumn two black Labs will live on the premises. They are not allowed on the furniture and in the bedrooms. If you are not dog-friendly, please look for alternative accommodation. Registration Details Not applicable for Chamonix Mont-Blanc region
