The Acorn at 12 Oaks is a stand alone very nicely furnished guest house. It has LR, DR, Full Kitchen, Den with cable TV. It also has a newly remodeled bathroom and bedroom with queen size bed. The electric fireplace is in living room. Off the Bedroom is a washer and dryer. We have had guest such as a Baron from Europe as well as a couple from Brazil and a man from Germany. We welcome our guest and treat them with real Southern Hospitality. There are photos on Air BNB's site. We have ample parking. Walking out on Smith Chapel Rd in the morning or afternoon can be a very pleasant experience. There are no side walks so we urge caution. We have gates out front of our property and guest will be provided the access code as their check in time approaches. Our price for the rest of 2021 is $99.00 per night with a two night minimum. As of January 1, 2022 our price will go up to $129.00 per night. This cottage is 100 square feet of convenient. It has everything you need, including dish washer, washing machine, microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator. Plus internet and Dish Cable TV. The freezer is reserved for the owners. We are in the country and it is quiet. It is a wonderful place to relax and rest. We are eight miles from Jack Daniels, 18 miles from the Tennessee Walking Horse Celebration Grounds where a lot of events occur. In addition, George Dickel and Nearest Green Distilleries are also near. We are just pointing out the sites. It is the water in this area that these distilleries use to make their Tennessee Whiskeys. Uber is available. Peaceful country setting located 15 minutes from Lynchburg, TN and Jack Daniels Distillery. Also about 20 minutes from the George Dickle Distillery in Normandy,TN.
