Nature lovers will be delighted to be 10 minutes from the Brenne Regional Natural Park and its ponds, a true earthly paradise for herons and other waterfowl. 15 minutes away, the Haute Touche animal park is a must that will delight young and old: the day will start with a car safari amid wolves and other wild animals, continuing with a walk or bike ride in the heart of an exotic and varied animal universe. As for the Futuroscope, it is only 55 minutes away... Entertainment and rest are therefore guaranteed here! This cottage is appreciated by spa guests who are at the Roche Posay thermal baths (86) for those who wish to get out of the medical context. Remarkable views of the surrounding countryside for this old farmhouse in the middle of a 26 ha park, carefully restored and converted into a gîte. Young and old will appreciate the animals that live on site (donkey, goats, chickens, ducks, geese...). Facing south, the cottage offers sunshine all day long. All on the ground floor: 60 m² living room, equipped kitchen, 1st bedroom 18 m² (160 bed + shower room and toilet partitioned in the bedroom), 2nd bedroom 9 m² (140 bed) with shower room and adjoining toilet. Courtyard + enclosed garden 600 m² private. The owner's children live in a neighboring farmhouse, they are discreet in nature but will advise you at your request on visits or on the services of the village. The owners access the property to feed the farm animals and occasionally stay in a nearby home. Electric heating (extra €15 per night) Wood-burning fireplace option (€60 per stère – can be detailed). Electric vehicle charging is not allowed. Guest access Guests will have access to the garden dedicated to the cottage as well as to the chalet where the garden furniture is located.
