Less the hassle, so you and your car is protected from the outside heat. Free open parking is also available but on a first come/first serve basis in front of the SMDC commercial area. We are only few units here who have basement parking. Our parking rate is discounted for our guest and much cheaper than outside rate. So you and your car is protected from the outside heat, less the hassle. Free parking is also available but on a first come/first serve basis in front of the SMDC commercial area. You have to inform us ahead if you want to avail our basement parking w/ discounted rate for guest. Other things to note Unit is strictly for 4 guests(max) only including infants/kids. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Check-out time is strictly at 12noon to prepare the Unit for the next guests Early check in or late checkout is subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if checking-in after 6:00 PM. Check-in after 10 PM is not allowed. PARKING area is near the clubhouse, which is 200 meters away from Tower A. There are shuttles going around every 15mins, just approach any Wind Residence attendants to assist you. Always make sure that you lock the unit when going out to protect both of our belongings. We are not responsible for any lost possessions. Any damage or loss shall be paid by the guest. We conduct an inspection before and upon checkout to determine any damage or loss. We charge Php 1000 for lost keys. You have to inform us ahead if you want to avail our basement parking w/ discounted rate for guest.
