Very clean, newly remodeled studio with beautiful view overlooking a pond. Secluded with king size bed, private entry, private bath. Kitchen includes microwave, coffee maker, hot plate and refrigerator. No smoking. Pets by pre-approval only and no pets left in the room unattended (unless previously arranged). Pets are NOT allowed on the bed. Pets may roam unleashed, but only if they are accompanied. And please pickup after your pet. If you need any poop bags, just let me know. Thank you! This is a 5 acre property about 10 mins from Mcminnville, the Evergreen Aviation Museum, 20 mins to Salem and 90 minutes to Portland. Approximately 30 minutes to Spirit Mountain Casino and 1 hour to the Oregon coast. Easy access to rivers, rafting, biking and wineries. Guest access Access to laundry room and outdoor barn loft theater. Other things to note We ask that you please DO NOT allow pets on the bed. Picking up after your pet on the property will incur a $10 charge per incident. Guests are required to be vaccinated.
