The kitchen, living room and dining room are combined. The windows overlook Telmana street, mansions and private courtyards. The bedroom is an isolated room with a double bed and two types of pillows. A skylight above the headboard, a dressing room, a TV, blinds and blackout curtains on the windows. The kitchen has two built-in refrigerators, a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, electric kettle, microwave, oven, all necessary kitchen utensils, water purification system. The bathroom has a small skylight, a warm floor. The apartment has autonomous heating. You can adjust the temperature of the radiators yourself. On hot days, there is air conditioning. Safety in the house: carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, child locks on window frames. I live with my family in the same house and have the opportunity to respond quickly to questions and wishes. I usually meet my guests in person, but you can always use self check-in and pick up the key from the safe. Enjoy your stay! Guest access You have the entire attic at your disposal. Other things to note It is very important to observe quiet hours in the house from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Noisy events and parties are not allowed in the house. We respect the right to sleep, rest and peace of all residents and guests of the house, we ourselves follow the rules of quiet hours, as do our neighbors. Please pay special attention to this. Only the number of guests listed on the booking can stay in the apartment. If you are traveling with a baby, please inform us in advance about the need to provide a baby crib (for a child from 0-3 years). The attic occupies the entire 3rd floor, you have to climb the stairs. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and on the premises of the entire house. Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden (fine 10,000₽)
